Perpetual Groove’s Heal Available Tuesday, January 11th
image Perpetual Groove's fourth studio effort, "Heal," will be available for sale exclusively through http://www.pgroove.com on January 11th. The album, which was recorded in Athens early last year, is the first to feature new keyboardist John Hruby. The physical edition of "Heal" features a limited edition cover, featuring the album artwork in lenticular form. This edition is limited to the first pressing and will not be made available on subsequent re-pressings of the album, so don't hesitate to place your order. The album will be available for sale digitally through Perpetual Groove's website as well as in bundled form with the physical album. And the record should start showing up in iTunes, Amazon, and other digital distribution hubs over the course of the next couple of weeks. You can save a little dough however by purchasing direct from the band as we are lowering the price of all digital albums sold through the site to $7.98. "Heal" will also be for sale at all upcoming Perpetual Groove shows at the merchandise table for $15.00.

Heal was recorded at Chase Park Transduction studios in Athens, GA. The album was produced and engineered by David Barbe (Drive by Truckers, Cracker) who also produced Brock Butler's latest solo effort, "Lately Here Though." The album features mostly newer material, including the instrumental track "Honey Cut" and the Hruby-led "40 Roses," the first Perpetual Groove album track to feature someone other then lead singer Brock Butler on lead vocals. Each successive studio album is always a journey for the musicians and the end product usually reflects this, "Heal" is no different. You won't find any swelling synthesizers or loops on the compositions contained within, in their place, a focus on songwriting, themes, and an overall "timeless" quality to the sonic landscape of Perpetual Groove.

    moe./PGroove Atlanta Ticket Information
Service fees tacked on to ticket purchases have long been a source of grumbling from concertgoers everywhere. With some fees totaling upwards to a third of the original base ticket price, it's not surprising that many fans choose not to buy advance tickets, waiting instead and taking a chance on buying tickets at the door on the day of the show. After much debate with Live Nation over this trend, moe. was able to strike a deal with the company for a special promotion on the first day of ticket sales for their Atlanta shows. On January 8th, Live Nation is waiving all service fees on moe. Atlanta tickets. Tell all your friends and make sure as many of you as possible participate. The powers that be at Live Nation will be watching and success with this promotion could mean moe. might have the ability to request similar on-sale deals with other venues across the country.

Bigger bands have taken on the ticketing agencies in the past with some success, and any stride we make as a band toward a more reasonable and fair ticketing experience is an important one. But we cannot do it without our fans. Put it on your calendar, tell your friends, post it on your facebook status but whatever you do MAKE SURE and buy your Tabernacle tickets SERVICE FEE FREE on January 8th. Remember: this is only on the very first day of on-sale. We'd like to thank Live Nation for working with us on this venture.
