Welcome Back…..
4•10•2007
On Friday, March 30th, the server on which
http://www.pgroove.com resided was pulled from the network due to severe technical difficulties. Consequently, to restore the server, the unit had to be resturned to factory settings before going back online. This resulted in the unfortunate loss of our databases – years of information. This loss included mailing lists, membership data, and our entire content database. While the bulk of the site was backed up, the drives on which the back ups of the databases resided were being reformatted that particular week and the data was lost.
While we regret the loss, we have chosen to take a positive outlook on the matter – a fresh start if you will. Please bear with us as we repopulate the site with lost content. We are working as quickly as possible to restore the website to its original forum. And with that, we please ask your assistance in repopulating our mailing list and member database. You can help by not just signing up yourself, but by also encouraging others to sign up as well through MySpace, other message boards, and any other online communities you may belong to or participate in. Your help in this matter is crucial to the health and growth of this community. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
