Printed setlist shows Devil May Care between Teakwood & Mr.T and the Encore as 2-7 & Lemurs but the one posted (final by Billy) is what actually occurred.
It was definitely a great show - I heard the venue changed to 18+ but I didn’t feel like there were that many young people - plus, everyone (as far as I could tell) was practicing civilized rage, so all was well.
Also, that bass coming off the speakers - glad to have it back The sound is so RICH and the music just seems to stick to my insides. Yum, like a pie.
p.s. They sold out!!

Definetly worth the 7 hr drive….It was kinda weird for me not seeing Hruby…..Now i thought the boys sounded great in this room…..The room was packed. Mr.Shuttle was as strong as ever…Perrys bass was filthy…..Holy Ship was on point(loving Perry on vocals).......Matt really stood out to me….all the jams were great….DOog on guitar was a treat…want more…you can tell he is already back in game shape or damn near it… Do your damn thang Doog. 1st set was the best imo…Cairo was a little shakey…. but it came around into a nice little dance session….i would say venue, crowd, and music overall 8.5
Welcome Back Matt….... great to see all of our Tenn friends….Love ya B…...

Well, for what it’s worth. I consider a “cover” when I actually learn the music to a song. I consider it a tease or a “shout out” if you will, when that clever Brock Butler is able to place a song over the middle of a jam. That kid knows what works. That being said, I haven’t ever learned the _songs_ DLZ or the cave, so do with it as you will.

MattyM_99.9% - 22 January 2012 01:32 PM billy - 22 January 2012 04:47 AM Thanks so much for the updates.
We’ve got:
I: Holy Ship, MOTA> Sunshine Underground> MOTA, Sleep Now In The Fire, Space Paranoids, Stealy Man> DLZ> Stealy Man, Robot Waltz
II: Crockett and Tubbs, Cairo*, I’m Afraid of Americans, Teakwood, Mr. Transistor
E: Golden Path
* - w/ The cave
Is that right? Badass looking setlist, Hoping for some tapers.
There was no playground, above is correct. Although, I would call DLZ more of a tease w/lyrics type thing as it was still just the jam in Stealy, not the music from DLZ. There was no playground.
However, there was ***Coozie baseball with JonFromSav during Golden Path
n00b! 7 posts, that guy has NO idea what he is talking about.

Ok, finally got a couple secs to throw in my 2 about this show.
As always we had a blast! Too much fun…even lost my phone. First set twas indeed fire. I know this may come as a ‘shocker’, but I must concur with the lovely Miriam’s observations concerning the BASS. In fact I’ll say that the Stealy Man jam leading up to the DLZ contained some of the sickest low-end jams I’ve ever heard outta this band. I hope to hear that again someday soon. Second set def had some real high (read: LOW) points too. Place was packed…and that crowd was sweaty by the time Mr. T came around, then it just blew up in there. Had my bass-swat on big time. Albert was a steaming locomotive the whole freakin time.
Coozies raining down from the balcony…smiles and high fives all around…total success in my book!
Big props to all the sound, lights, bar, and crowd. Huge props to Greg for holdin’ it down big time…dude was slingin some MERCH! And thanks to Jon and Sunshine for making erybodies night extra special…yal are like our pgroove party faeries! We had some local friends there who don’t really get out much and they were blown away at how friendly and fun everybody was. Love yal PerpNation!

Yes. Mr. Reid was recording and runnig the coat check department at the same time. So much fun watching drunk women around expensive taping gear.
