downtown and S Asheville are covered in posters (loved walking around to put up posters and finding so many already around). Man it was cold out there today, wind chill in the single digits. New house tomorrow and then the best 2 nights of 2012 so far!

dude, there are TON’s of bars and breweries around in downtown Aville within walking distance….

couple of my favs are The Green Man Brewery and The Thirsty Monk.

BARLEY’S IS THE BOOBIES!!! Delicious beer selection, delicious food and steel tip darts.
Gotta hit up Over Easy for breakfast…that or Tupelo Honey.

yeah stella blue was small
i havent been there since the change
but if people are complaining about the peel (blows my mind cause the peel is great)
they really wont like stella blue

but who knows

endless supply of cool spots and great food in AVL.  Thirsty Monk has pretty unbeatable beer selection.  For brewpubs I like Wedge in the Arts district.  Papa’s and Beer for Mexican.  Chai Pani for Indian.  And for the best southern food (especially fried chicken and good veggies) I like Homegrown, just north of downtown on Merrimon.
