If they swapped Pgroove for uh i dunno,, the Crash Test Dummies or Green Day,, It would’ve been the perfect venue to torture terrorists. Hands down the hottest (temp. wise) show I’ve ever attended. The college kids had a very hard time standing in one place for longer than 30 seconds per the norm. Music was great tho  |

Did you attend the Masquerade “Heaven” show down there in ATL when our guys played a night show following the Biscuits/Umphrey’s afternoon deal in the Masquerade Park a few summers ago? If it was hotter temp than that, whew! |

Yes I did attend that show!! And I also attended the Variety Playhouse show when half the A/C system wasn’t working. I still give the nod to the Athens show for being the most oppressive for lack of moving air. At least with the Masq show you could find an A/C vent and stand right under it. But I have to agree with you,, it was like an oven in there |

I honestly thought that building was gonna collapse during that jam > teakwood (which in my opinion was way hotter than that room).
That would have been pretty badass if pgroove rocked that building right off its foundation. |
