Yeah, they played When The Levee Breaks 12/31/03 with Damien at the Lucas in Savannah… my first PG NYE.  But no, it wasn’t sandwiched in with Speed Queen.  Pretty sure Speed Queen wasn’t even written yet at that point…

They also played When The Levee Breaks at the GA Theatre on 12/29/05, again with Damien, but as an encore (i.e. no sandwich with Speed Queen).  I think Speed Queen was probably written by then…

They played it at the Orange Peel, again with Damien on 7/8/06, no sandwich

And according to the archive, they played it at the August Levee Festival on 3/2/02 as an opener (how appropriate, right?)

yes, I looked on the archive to refresh my memory banks… have they played it any other times?  (I know the archive hasn’t been updated in a while)

i gave new years weekend 2010 another listen today, for some reason this popped into my head, there was a good part where the bass lines and jam set up perfect for it
