Brock will be playing a solo show at the Downtown Tavern in Gadsden, AL on Friday, August 6th 2010.
This show will begin at 5:30 p.m. with members Steven Senn and Daniel Groover of I.O.Z. from Atlanta taking the stage before Brock.
This concert is a fundraiser for the Mobile Baykeeper to support their relief efforts for the fragile ecosystem that is Mobile Bay and our beloved Gulf Coast.

not sure on the exact times, but should go throughout the afternoon into the evening and just a short walk to xroads from the VBC.

Shrimp Blast 2010 just keeps adding talent.  First, the Von Braun Center announced Delbert McClinton as the headliner.  Now the talent roster unfolds with Gary Nicholson, Ricky Ray, Juice, Roux du Bayou, Lil Malcolm and the House Rockers, and Mosley on the indoor stage and at the same time Christina Lynn, Bonner Black, Doug McDonald, Megan Linville, Jeff Whitlow & Old Barn Band, and Don Gallardo & How Far West on the outdoor stage.

Shrimp Blast 2010 presented by Landers McLarty Nissan Toyota will benefit the Alabama Governor’s Emergency Relief Fund in Response to the Gulf Oil Spill.  The event will take place on Saturday, August 7 and will feature a variety of music along with wonderful sea fare.  Lots of shrimp and other fabulous food will be available throughout the afternoon and evening.

Shrimp Blast 2010 features a main stage in the Von Braun Center South Hall where tables will be setup in an air-conditioned venue for attendees to enjoy music, food, and fun along with an outdoor stage surrounded by family friendly activities.

The gates will open at 11am and live performances will begin at noon.  Two dollars of every ticket purchased will be designated to benefit the Alabama Governor’s Emergency Relief Fund in Response to the Gulf Oil Spill.  Tickets are only $10 each with a limited number of VIP tickets available for $25.  Children under 12 admitted free with paying adult.  VIP tickets allow attendees to enjoy a reserved area that features seating close to the stage and more.

Sucks you can’t buy tickets beforehand.  I can’t leave Huntsville till 7 and I’m not gonna be a happy camper if I get down there and can’t get in.
